Who We Are

Carolin McCaffrey, the founder of International Consulting Services, LLC, possesses years of international experience in conference, event and project management and development.

As a General Manager, she is highly knowledgeable in strategic planning, operations, marketing, sales, and public relations with expertise in various industries.

She utilizes her exceptional communication and business development skills to establish profitable and long-term relationships with customers and business partners positioning them as industry leaders.

Having lived and worked in various countries, Carolin has accumulated a deep understanding of the specific challenges which companies encounter when conducting business in a competitive globalized world.

She holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.  She studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, Germany and the Universität Augsburg, Germany.  She received a certificate with the Sprachenzentrum of the Universität Augsburg in studies of the political, legal, and economic systems of the United States.

Carolin’s professional path was influenced by her growing up in a bicultural family, as a native of Germany, with a Russian mother.  Her dedication to the international field started during an exchange program to the United States in high school. Carolin is raising her daughter cross-cultural and bilingual.
